According to a report from Quang Ninh province, thanks to the synchronous implementation of solutions, the quality of young people joining the army in 2025 in Quang Ninh is higher than the previous year in all three criteria: Health, cultural level, and political quality. Of which, young people with type 1 and type 2 health reached nearly 60%; high school level is nearly 80%, university and college level is nearly 11%. |

More than 400 young people in Thai Nguyen write applications to join the army
This year, Thai Nguyen province is assigned to select over 2,000 citizens to join the army (an increase of 7 targets compared to 2024), including over 1,800 citizens performing military service and over 300 citizens performing public security service.
Of the total number of citizens eligible for military service, 446 citizens volunteered to join the army, an increase of more than 30 cases (an increase of 8.5%) compared to 2024. According to the assessment of the Provincial Military Service Council, the quality of new recruits joining the army this year continues to improve in both health and educational level.

In Thai Nguyen City, Mr. Nguyen Huy Dung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Major General Ngo Hong Thai - Deputy Director of the Political Department of Military Region 1 attended the military handover ceremony and encouraged new recruits to join the army. In the remaining districts and towns in the province, a number of provincial and local leaders attended to encourage new recruits.
