At the SHB and T&T Group Cultural Festival, Chairman of the Board of Directors Do Quang Hien was the inspiration, the center connecting the spiritual strength of the organization. When he opened his speech with the words "I love you, I thank you," the entire space of My Dinh Stadium exploded with the cheers of 15,000 people. When the national spirit leads the business ideal, everyone puts their hands on their hearts and raises their heads confidently entering the new era.

Building a corporate culture is not simply about shouting slogans. It needs to truly make every employee, at any level, believe in the great mission, in the long-term vision, and touch their hearts. And they must see it reflected in everything around them. In the big event of SHB and T&T Group, cultural touchpoints can be seen almost everywhere: The exhibition corner is very delicately decorated with lotus flowers, the flower of the Vietnamese people, displaying a lot of information about key national projects, showing the vision of the business in the common vision of the country, while in the entertainment area, many fun games cleverly integrate everyday cultural behaviors. Many people that day were workers and employees directly involved in production and business on the front lines, coming to the capital for the first time, meeting the highest leaders of the group for the first time, participating in a cultural event on an unprecedented scale for the first time. They were both spectators and participants in their own event, and together with unfamiliar colleagues, creating a record. All of that will help them understand more, be more proud of their organization, and also see their work as having greater meaning. When returning to their daily work, they will certainly bring with them not only beautiful memories and deep impressions, but also the desire to do better and try harder, from their own hearts.

Both SHB and T&T Group have the word Heart in their core values, and that Heart is consistently and very... sincerely expressed in the event. Just looking at the arrangement of the parade team, you can see that. The frontline employees are the first group in the parade. That is a way to show respect for their daily contributions. The last group is the family of the employees, the final honor is reserved for a strong rear. They are an indispensable part of SHB and T&T Group. The philosophy of leaving no one behind was lit up in an extremely emotional moment, when Chairman of the Board of Directors Do Quang Hien and 15,000 people took a minute of silence to pay tribute to our ancestors, the heroic martyrs, who gave us what we have today. In the vast, colorful space, in that quiet moment, the Heart of SHB and T&T Group resounded, echoed far, and shone most beautifully.

The word “Heart” carries the message that SHB and T&T Group people wholeheartedly believe in the leadership of the Party and the Government in a new era, the era of national development. Erasing all differences in rank, seniority, profession, distance, region… all SHB and T&T Group people come together as one, creating a new strength, inspired by culture and continued by culture, to accompany the business and the country.

Culture is both the identity and the unique strength of each enterprise.
