Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism receives 100% of administrative procedure files online

(BTNO) - The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism announced the acceptance of "100% of administrative procedure files online", not directly accepting administrative procedures under its jurisdiction.

For full-process online public service administrative procedures: only receive dossiers to resolve administrative procedures (TTHC) of the Culture, Sports and Tourism sector via online public services for TTHC performing full-process online public services.

People do administrative procedures at the Tay Ninh Provincial Public Administration Service Center.

For administrative procedures related to enterprises: publish a list of administrative procedures related to enterprises under the jurisdiction of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism that are eligible for online submission and receive 100% of administrative procedures related to enterprises online. The list clearly states the types of documents and papers that can be reused, creating the most favorable conditions for enterprises to perform online public services.

The application period does not accept direct applications (paper documents) at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center, starting from March 15, 2025.

Applicable subjects are all provincial departments, branches, and individuals, organizations, and enterprises that need to perform administrative procedures.
