On August 11, the People's Committee of Quynh Nhai district held a conference to review 6 months of implementing Project 06/CP of the Government and summarize the peak of granting citizen identification cards and electronic identification accounts to citizens in the district.
Recently, the District People's Committee has issued many documents directing departments, branches, units, and People's Committees of communes to implement Project 06/CP. Propagating and disseminating the Party's guidelines and the State's laws and policies on digital transformation on the basis of population data. Directing the District Police to provide online public services for 7/11 procedures. Mobilizing over 800 teachers to support working groups to guide citizens to register for level 1 electronic identification accounts and activate approved records. By June 20, the District Police had completed the collection, cleaning, and updating of 2,242 cases on the system, equal to 100% of the plan. As of July 31, 30,172 cases had been collected, of which 24,633/23,470 cases were guided and supported to activate, equal to 105% of the plan. At the same time, strengthen the dissemination and popularization of the provisions of the 2020 Law on Residence related to the provisions on household registration books and temporary residence books that expire after December 31, 2022. The benefits and effectiveness of performing residence registration procedures through the Online Public Service Portal, electronic identification accounts, VNeID accounts, QRcode readers, and chip readers on CCCD cards, in order to promote administrative reform and facilitate the handling of residence registration procedures and civil transactions.
On this occasion, Son La Police and the District People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 10 collectives and 20 individuals with outstanding achievements in the peak period of granting CCCD and electronic identification accounts to citizens in the district in 2023.
