(CLO) February 6, 2025 (ie January 9 of the lunar calendar) is the first day of opening the "heavenly gate" of Am Tien. Thousands of visitors have returned to this sacred land to pray for health, luck, peace, a year of favorable weather and good crops.
Early in the morning of the opening day of the "heavenly gate", the crowd poured into Nua - Am Tien Temple, but there was no jostling or pushing. The incense burning and worship activities of the locals and tourists took place in an orderly and respectful manner.

The weather on the morning of February 6, 2025 was cold and drizzly. However, many tourists came to visit and offer incense at Nua - Am Tien Temple (Nua Town, Trieu Son District, Thanh Hoa Province).
People line up to go around the "heavenly gate". According to folk belief, when people and tourists come to the acupuncture point, men should walk 7 times, women should walk 9 times around it to have luck and peace.

Nua - Am Tien Mountain (Thanh Hoa), Tam Dao (Vinh Phuc), Yen Tu (Quang Ninh), Ba Den Mountain (Tay Ninh) are considered four sacred acupuncture points, where heaven and earth meet in our country.
Nua Mountain – Am Tien relic is associated with the uprising of Ba Trieu against the Ngo army in 248. Nua Mountain peak, where Am Tien cave is located, is a flat land of about 4 hectares in Co Dinh village, Tan Ninh commune (now Nua town), Trieu Son district, Thanh Hoa province. In 2009, Nua Mountain – Am Tien was recognized as a national historical relic.
