This year, the Lim festival takes place on February 9-10 (January 12 and 13) in three communes of the former Noi Due commune, now Lim town, Noi Due commune and Lien Bao commune.

On the morning of February 6, the People's Committee of Tien Du district, Bac Ninh province held a press conference on the organization of the Lim Spring Festival in 2025.
Speaking at the press conference, Vice Chairman of Tien Du District People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hao, Head of Lim Festival Steering Committee, said that Tien Du District People's Committee has established the Lim Spring Festival Steering Committee 2025, issued a plan to manage and organize the festival, especially focusing on planning the space for organizing the festival.
Accordingly, regarding the ceremony, on the morning of February 9, incense offering will be held at Hong An Pagoda; Receiving the certificate of recognition of the provincial-level relic of Dinh Ca communal house (Noi Due commune); on the morning of February 10, a procession of the royal decree will be held from Dinh Ca communal house, Noi Due commune to Lim hill to perform the ceremony, offering incense at the Tomb of General Nguyen Dinh Dien, and carrying the royal decree to offer incense according to traditional rituals at communal houses, temples and pagodas in villages in Lien Bao commune, Lim town.
As for the festival, many activities will take place at Lim Hill center and Van Truong lake area.
Specifically, the Organizing Committee will organize 10 Quan Ho singing camps; performances and art programs of Quan Ho Theater, Tien Du District Culture, Sports and Communication Center at the main stage of the Festival; Quan Ho singing at communal house gates, pagoda gates, Quan Ho singing on boats and at artisans' houses.
Along with that, at this year's Lim festival, there are also folk games such as: Swinging, traditional wrestling, blindfolded goat catching, pot smashing...; to tom diem contest, calligraphy, poetry festival, exhibition on preserving the origin of Quan Ho values and low-altitude fireworks display at 9:00 p.m. on February 9.

Lim Festival - the biggest Spring festival in Kinh Bac - Bac Ninh region annually attracts tens of thousands of people to come and celebrate Spring.
Mr. Ngo Xuan Tinh, Deputy Head of Lim Festival Steering Committee, Head of Tien Du District Culture Department said that last year, Viettel's report showed that at the peak time, there were about 13,000 people.
To ensure food safety, avoid traffic jams and prevent "overcharging", especially in terms of parking fees and goods and services during the festival, Mr. Ngo Xuan Tinh said that the People's Committee of Tien Du district plans to mobilize 300 police officers and 100 people from the military and militia forces, divided into 17 checkpoints to ensure security and order - traffic safety, prevent and promptly handle cases that disrupt security and order, and traffic jams.
Drawing on experience from the "overcharging" situation, especially the parking price at the Lim festival, Mr. Tinh said that this year, the Tien Du District People's Committee assigned the Infrastructure Economic Department and Tien Du District Police to develop a detailed plan for parking spots, and at the same time inspect and handle violations in parking areas.
Along with that, the Lim Festival Steering Committee also directed relevant agencies to carry out inspections of epidemic prevention, environmental sanitation, and food safety, including requiring businesses at the festival to sign a commitment to ensure food safety, and for shops and restaurants to list specific prices; strictly prohibiting electronic services, games using high-power speakers, and operating at locations near the festival center...
The leaders of Tien Du District People's Committee also directed to set up a hotline of the Steering Committee for the Lim Xuan At Ty Festival 2025 located at the location of the Standing Steering Committee.
