Department of Transport: Deploying tasks for 2025

In 2024, the transport sector has successfully completed its assigned political tasks; the sector's plans, programs and assigned tasks have been concretized, organized and implemented seriously and effectively; the allocated capital sources have been disbursed promptly, meeting requirements. The Department of Transport has promptly deployed and strictly maintained the implementation of the policies and directions of the Government, the Ministry of Transport and the Provincial People's Committee.

The work of propaganda, dissemination and education of laws on traffic safety and order has been promoted; the coordination of functional agencies to resolve and handle cases related to violations of road, railway and inland waterway traffic safety has always been maintained; inspection, patrol and control work has been focused on. The work of maintaining and repairing traffic infrastructure, overcoming black spots and potential traffic accident spots; installing, repairing and supplementing missing and damaged signs on roads in the province has also been reviewed, fixed and handled promptly to ensure people's safe travel during the holidays and Tet.

In 2025, the transport sector will continue to focus on performing well the tasks of maintaining transport infrastructure; supporting businesses and contractors to remove difficulties and speed up the construction progress of transport projects, completing and putting works into use; managing transport, vehicles and drivers; inspecting transport, ensuring traffic safety and order. Carrying out well the inspection of road motor vehicles; promoting administrative reform and digital transformation of the transport sector.
