In 2024, the work of the association and the farmers' movement in the province continued to go into depth. Farmers' Associations at all levels admitted 2,933 new members, bringing the total number of farmers' association members in the province to 49,850 members. There were 14,568 farmer households achieving the title of "Excellent Production and Business" at all levels, 1 individual was awarded the title of "Excellent Vietnamese Farmer" in 2024 and 1 individual was honored as "Scientist of Farmers" for the 5th time in 2024. 6 new professional farmers' association branches and 66 professional farmers' association groups were established. In the emulation movement "Farmer officials and members actively participate in developing the collective economy in agriculture", 26 new cooperative groups and 15 agricultural cooperatives were promoted and consulted, with 5,016 members participating.

In 2025, the Provincial Farmers' Association will focus on implementing the association's tasks in conjunction with the plans and directions of the Central Farmers' Association and the Provincial Party Committee on continuing to promote the role of farmers in agricultural economic development and implementing the National Target Program on building new rural areas, civilized urban areas, and environmental protection. Actively coordinate with departments, branches and localities to promote the movement "Farmers compete in good production and business, unite to help each other get rich and reduce poverty sustainably" in conjunction with supporting farmers to start businesses and innovate. Strive to develop 2,500 new members by the end of the year; establish 15 new professional farmer associations and 6 professional farmer branches; support at least 1,200 farmer households to have accounts on e-commerce platforms; have 25,600 farmer households register for the title of "Good production and business" at all levels.
