Merging some schools in Van Ninh district

The schools after the merger are public educational units in the national education system; have legal status, have their own seals, are under the People's Committee of Van Ninh district and are directly managed by the district's Department of Education and Training. At the same time, they perform functions, tasks, powers and organize their operations according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training applicable to primary schools (or general schools with many levels for Van Thanh Primary and Secondary Schools). The District People's Committee assigns the Department of Education and Training to direct and guide heads of units to carry out the work of receiving, handing over tasks, records, documents and other related issues transferred from the old schools before the merger.
