On the afternoon of August 29, Meritorious Artist Quang Hao - Director of Trung Vuong Theater Da Nang said that to celebrate the 79th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2024) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2024), under the direction of the People's Committee of Da Nang City, Trung Vuong Theater Da Nang will perform an art program with the theme "Love for the Country" combined with the inauguration ceremony of the project to upgrade and embellish the City Memorial and renovate and expand March 29 Square.
The event will take place at 7:30 p.m. on August 30 at March 29 Square, September 2 Street, directed by the People's Committee of Da Nang City; organized by the Department of Culture and Sports of Da Nang in coordination with the Management Board of Investment and Construction Projects of Civil and Industrial Works of Da Nang.
The art program "Love for the Country" will take place at 7:30 p.m. on August 30 at March 29 Square, September 2 Street, Hai Chau District, Da Nang.
At the event, Trung Vuong Theater Da Nang will perform the art program "Love of the Country" including 18 unique art performances expressing love for the country, national pride, gratitude to previous generations who have devoted, sacrificed blood and bones, and spent their youth to protect the independence, freedom, and unity of the Fatherland.
Through those heroic and profound lyrics and melodies, it is also the voice of millions of Vietnamese people, blending with the spirit of the revolutionary autumn. Along with the joyful and vibrant sounds of "Love and Youth" in the second part of the program, it depicts the ideal life of today's generations, always living fully with passion, firmly believing in love, optimistic about life, always longing for true happiness and nurturing aspirations to continue the journey of a bright future.
The art program consists of 2 parts, part 1 is "Love of the Country" with works such as the song and dance medley "The Party Flag - The color of the flag I love - The Flag", "We are proud to go up, oh Vietnam", "Uncle Ho, a boundless love", "Beloved Fatherland", "Footsteps on the Truong Son range", "Green leaves", "A lifetime, a forest", "Love of the country"...
Part 2 is "Love and Youth" including works full of new and modern rhythms of the current national construction and development such as "Wonderful Da Nang", "Our Youth", "Wind Dance", Mashup: "A Drunk Night - I Want to Live with You for Life - 60 Years of Life", medley "My Road, My Dream, My Future", "Ly Ngua O", "Ngua O Thuong Nho", "Co Chang Trai Viet Len Cay", "Chuyen Tinh Thao Nguyen"...
