According to the report of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the number of visitors during the Lunar New Year holiday (from January 25 to February 2) is estimated at about 675 thousand visitors, an increase of 9.7% compared to the Lunar New Year in 2024; total tourism revenue is about 570 billion VND, an increase of 12.6% compared to the Lunar New Year in 2024.

Although there are a large number of visitors, the room occupancy rate during this time is only nearly 30%, mainly concentrated in community eco-tourism areas and beach resorts. The rest are spring visitors at spiritual tourist sites, with travel schedules during the day.

To welcome visitors during the Tet holiday, tourist areas, destinations and tourism businesses in the province have made careful preparations, organized many experiential activities and put into operation a number of new tourism services.
