On November 13, Mr. Vo Nguyen Chuong, Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Da Nang City, has just signed an environmental license for Kyoritsu Maintenance Vietnam Co., Ltd., 2/9 Street, Binh Hien Ward, Hai Chau District, to implement the project of Office combined with tourist apartments.
The project is built on land plot number 163, map sheet number 4, 2/9 street, Binh Hien ward, Hai Chau district.
The total land area of the project is 1,853.25m2.

According to the urban reconstruction plan of Binh Hien ward reported by Hai Chau District People's Committee to Da Nang City People's Committee for approval in Notice No. 122/TBUBND dated December 7, 2020, it is expected to recover 337m2 of land plot 163, map sheet No. 4, 2/9 Street to expand the northern road of the project into a planned road, so the land area for project implementation is 1,516.25m2.
The project capacity includes 3 basements, 25 floors and a rooftop with 62 offices, 96 offices combined with accommodation, 92 tourist apartments and a coffee area, restaurant, sales area, and 1 landscape lake on the rooftop.
Enterprises are only allowed to carry out licensing contents after completing corresponding environmental protection works.
Kyoritsu Maintenance Vietnam Co., Ltd. regularly and properly operates waste treatment facilities to ensure that waste after treatment meets environmental technical standards and other relevant regulations; takes measures to minimize noise and vibration to meet environmental protection requirements; and manages waste in accordance with the law.
The Company is responsible before the law when pollutants, noise, and vibration do not meet the requirements permitted in this License and must immediately stop discharging wastewater, exhaust gas, generating noise and vibration to take remedial measures according to the provisions of law.
In addition, enterprises must promptly report to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Hai Chau District People's Committee, Binh Hien Ward People's Committee and relevant authorities if there are incidents at waste treatment facilities or other incidents leading to environmental pollution.
This project is being introduced with the commercial name The One Tower on social networking sites and websites.
