Ninh Binh auctions 366 land lots, prices from 3.6 million VND/m2
In April 2024, Tuan Linh Property Auction Joint Stock Company will auction 366 land lots in Nho Quan and Gia Vien districts of Ninh Binh province. The lowest land price offered is 3.6 million VND/m2.

Specifically, in Nho Quan district, the company will organize an auction of the right to use 154 land lots on April 21. Of these, 39 lots are located in Dong Tam village, Cuc Phuong commune; 5 lots in Dong Tam - Nam Giang area, Nho Quan town, one lot in My Thinh village, Gia Thuy commune and 109 lots in Ham Rong residential area, Phu Loc commune, Nho Quan district. The area of the land lots ranges from 108 - 440 m2. Starting price is from 3.6 - 5.9 million VND/m2.
In Gia Vien district, Tuan Linh Company will also organize an auction of the right to use 212 land lots on April 27. Accordingly, the land lots to be auctioned are located in Lien Son and Gia Phu communes, Gia Vien district. The land lots are from 100 - 350 m2. The starting price is from 6 - 7.5 million VND/m2.
Ha Nam approves investment in 5 social housing projects
According to the Department of Construction of Ha Nam province, by the first quarter of 2024, the Provincial People's Committee had approved the investment policy for 5 social housing projects with about 2,000 units. Of which, there are 2 social housing projects for low-income people in urban areas and 3 social housing projects for workers and laborers working in industrial parks.
However, the Department of Construction of Ha Nam province also frankly said that many businesses are facing difficulties when implementing the project. Accordingly, most investors often get stuck in site clearance work, because people with land within the project area do not receive compensation, demanding compensation prices higher than the regulations...
Regarding legal policies, many businesses are facing difficulties in adjusting investment policies and extending project implementation time. In addition, determining the 20% land fund for developing social housing projects in commercial housing projects, calculating land use fees for projects, etc. are also "headaches" for investors.
Long An calls for investment in urban area of nearly 9,300 billion VND
Recently, the Department of Planning and Investment of Long An province has called for investment in Binh An Duc Hoa urban area with a total capital of nearly 9,300 billion VND. The project is located in Duc Hoa Ha commune, Duc Hoa district and has an area of nearly 13.2 hectares.

The preliminary structure of housing products in the project is commercial apartments. After completion, the urban area is expected to be home to about 10,000 people.
The project duration is 50 years. The project implementation progress lasts about 2 years, from the date of the decision to approve the investor.
Grade A office rental prices in Ho Chi Minh City hit new high
According to CBRE, office rental prices in Ho Chi Minh City recorded an upward trend in the first quarter of 2024. In particular, Grade A offices had rental prices of up to 47.2 USD/m2/month, an increase of 2.6% compared to the previous quarter. This is the highest figure in the past 15 years. For the Grade B segment, rental prices fluctuated around 26 USD/month, an increase of 1% compared to the previous quarter and 2% compared to the same period last year.
The increase in office rents in Ho Chi Minh City is mainly due to the fact that new buildings have begun to be filled. In addition, some buildings have completed renovations, which will also contribute to the increase in rental prices. In 2024 alone, prices are expected to be difficult to "cool down" when Ho Chi Minh City does not have any new supply of Grade A offices.
Auction route for 19 land lots in Thu Thiem
The Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Ho Chi Minh City has just reported on the plan to auction 19 land lots in the new urban area of Thu Thiem, Thu Duc City.
This year alone, the Department will auction 3 land lots, including lots 1-2, lots 1-3 and lots 3-5. After that, the agency will learn from experience and continue to auction the remaining 16 land lots. However, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Natural Resources and Environment has developed a detailed auction plan for only 8 of these lots in 2026.
