This is the information in Document No. 4339/TTr-UBND submitted to the People's Council of Nghe An province for consideration and approval of street naming in Vinh city, phase 7, at the regular meeting in mid-2024.
It is expected that 40 streets will be named, including 29 streets named after famous people and 11 streets named after historical places and events.

Musician An Thuyen was born on August 15, 1949 in Quynh Luu, Nghe An. He was the former Principal of the Military University of Culture and Arts, Executive Committee Member, Head of the Inspection Committee of the Vietnam Musicians Association, 5th term.

He passed away on July 3, 2015 due to a heart attack, leaving behind immense grief for his family, relatives, friends, colleagues and students.
