The art program "Tuyen Quang - shining heritage land" includes 3 chapters: Magnificent land - Diverse heritage land - Tuyen Quang shining heritage land, lasting 90 minutes, opening the series of activities of Tuyen Quang Tourism Year 2024.

The art program is directed by the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and Provincial People's Committee in terms of content, and directed by the Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism in terms of implementation. The implementing unit is Ham Nghi Joint Stock Company (Hanoi), general director Hoang Cong Cuong, and general choreographer is People's Artist Huu Tu.

After the rehearsal, the provincial leaders and members of the Organizing Committee met to discuss the organization to complete the program such as: Stage, lighting, projection images, commentary, program structure, songs, actors, costumes, and props.

At the same time, they gave their opinions so that the program could be successful, ensuring the content and artistic quality, leaving an impression on every tourist and all classes of people; requested the event organizer, general director, general choreographer, professional and non-professional artists, singers, and actors to continue editing, supplementing, and practicing to perfect the art program with the highest quality.
