Samsung launches new Galaxy A16 smartphone, priced from 5.89 million VND

Samsung Galaxy A16 will be sold in the Vietnamese market with 2 variants: Galaxy A16 LTE (only supports 4G LTE network) and Galaxy A16 5G. Basically, both of these variants have similar external design and internal configuration, only different in chip and connectivity.

The product has a 6.7-inch screen, Full HD+ resolution, using Super AMOLED technology with a 90Hz refresh rate, not only providing realistic, sharp images but also an ideal choice for watching videos, playing games and enjoying your favorite content.

Samsung Galaxy A16 belongs to the mid-range segment but is equipped with many features similar to high-end products.

The Galaxy A16's minimal screen bezel highlights the large screen design, providing a more vivid experience for users. In particular, the Key Island design not only creates an impressive appearance but also brings comfort when used.

The back of the Samsung Galaxy A16 is a cluster of 3 cameras, designed in the style of the camera on the Galaxy S24, with a 50 megapixel main camera, a 5 megapixel super wide-angle camera and a 2 megapixel camera for macro photography. The front will be a 13 megapixel camera, designed in a "water drop" shape in the screen.

The Galaxy A16 LTE is equipped with the Helio G99 chip, while the Galaxy A16 5G is equipped with the Dimensity 6300 5G chip, both from MediaTek. The duo comes with 8GB RAM, 128GB or 256GB storage options, and supports an external memory card slot (using the same 2nd SIM tray).

Both variants of the Samsung Galaxy A16 are equipped with a 5,000mAh battery, but only support charging at 25W.

Notably, the Galaxy A16 is the first version of the Galaxy A series to be equipped with IP54 water and dust resistance, allowing the product to be used in rainy conditions.

Samsung Galaxy A16 will be sold in the Vietnamese market with a starting price of VND 5.89 million for the Galaxy A16 LTE variant with 128GB memory and VND 6 million for the Galaxy A16 5G variant.
