The special art program "Story River Season 2 - Legendary Train" brings together more than 1,000 professional actors and extras, many boats are mobilized, elaborate props combined with music, sound, light... are invested in grandly, bringing satisfaction to the audience. Techniques: 3D mapping projection, drone performance, sound effects... are applied, contributing to creating surprises for viewers.

In 2023, the program "Storytelling River" focuses on recreating the formation of nature, people, society, and culture through the development periods of the land of Saigon - Gia Dinh - Ho Chi Minh City. With a duration of nearly 2 hours, the program goes through 5 chapters including: "Reclamation"; "Building the citadel"; "On the wharf, under the boat"; "Prosperous commercial port"; "Brilliant riverside city". In each chapter, the history of the formation and development of the riverside city is gradually revealed clearly like vivid, delicate and unique film footage.

Coming to "Storytelling River 2 - Legendary Train", the program tells a modern historical story taking place right on the river through the chapters: "Launching", "Arrival", "Set sail", "Rising waves", "Reaching far" in chronological order. The chapters are connected by the charming narration of the grandfather and grandson performed by Meritorious Artist Manh Dung and child actor Gia Huy.
