According to the leader of the Department of Science and Technology, the Information Technology Park Project aims to create a premise for the development of the digital technology industry, create linkages in the technology chain and produce digital technology products in the province. This project is expected to cover an area of ​​about 119 hectares located in Long Duc and An Phuoc communes (Long Thanh district).

Speaking at the working session, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Duong Minh Dung requested the Long Thanh District People's Committee to coordinate with relevant units to urgently review the location, area, set boundary markers, and adjust planning related to the Concentrated Information Technology Park Project in accordance with the general planning and ensure regulations.

At the same time, the provincial leaders assigned the Department of Science and Technology to be the investor, coordinating with relevant departments, branches and localities to implement the 1/2,000 planning for the project, in which it is necessary to pay attention to connecting traffic infrastructure in the area, carrying out related procedures and documents to submit to competent authorities for consideration.
