In the first quarter of 2025, the Provincial Farmers Support Fund (FPF) disbursed 8 projects with a total amount of 3.12 billion VND, lending to 85 households. From the disbursed capital, households used it to implement projects on breeding buffaloes and cows, and raising green dam fish in Cao Son and Thanh Cao communes (Luong Son), Hop Thanh commune (Hoa Binh city), Dong Bac commune (Kim Boi), Chi Dao commune (Lac Son), Giap Dat commune (Da Bac), Van Mai commune (Mai Chau), Tu Ne commune (Tan Lac).

In addition, the Farmers' Association of the districts of Lac Thuy, Kim Boi, Yen Thuy, Lac Son, Tan Lac organized the disbursement of the District Farmers' Association Fund for 8 projects with a total amount of 2.56 billion VND, lending to 68 households to carry out projects such as planting bamboo, raising buffaloes and cows for breeding, caring for grapefruit...
Through the disbursement of capital from the Farmers' Association Fund to households, the goal is to support and help farmer members build and replicate economic models, gradually expand the scale of production and commodity production, and develop industries. Thereby contributing to the economic restructuring and the development of collective economic forms in rural areas; creating jobs, promoting the application of science, technology and new technologies in agricultural production; exploiting the potential and strengths of each region to create high-quality agricultural products, goods and services.
At the same time, the Farmers' Association Fund also creates conditions for Farmers' Associations at all levels to promote activities, propaganda, and gather farmers to effectively implement economic development programs associated with agricultural development, new rural construction, improve members' lives and build a strong Association.
