To realize the goal of developing housing for low-income people, the province is investing in the construction of 6 social housing projects with nearly 4,000 apartments. Some typical projects include: Social housing project of Ngan Bang Hill Residential Area in Hong Hai and Cao Thang Wards (Ha Long City); housing area for workers and experts of Dong Mai Industrial Park (Quang Yen Town)...
In particular, the Social Housing Project of the Bank Hill Residential Area is considered a key project, in the near future it will provide about 800 apartments with quality handover standards for low-income workers in the province.
