To continue strengthening state management of the real estate market, especially in the current period of administrative unit arrangement, the Provincial People's Committee has just issued a document requesting functional sectors and localities to strengthen management work.
Specifically, the Provincial People's Committee requests the Departments of Construction, Finance, Agriculture and Environment, Justice, Culture, Sports and Tourism; Provincial Police; Provincial Economic Zones and Industrial Parks Management Board; District People's Committees to continue to fully implement the contents and tasks within the scope and responsibility of agencies, units and localities on strengthening the management of real estate business activities in the province according to the direction of the Provincial People's Committee in Official Dispatch No. 1001, dated February 23, 2022 and Official Dispatch No. 146, dated January 9, 2023.
The Department of Construction shall preside over and coordinate with Quang Nam Newspaper , the provincial electronic information portal and relevant agencies and units to publicly post the list of housing construction investment projects and urban areas with technical infrastructure in real estate projects eligible for transfer of land use rights to individuals for housing construction.
When a project in the investment portfolio has a document confirming its eligibility for land use rights transfer, it will be publicly posted on the Department of Construction's Electronic Information Portal and proposed to be posted on the province's Electronic Information Portal, Quang Nam Newspaper ... so that relevant organizations and individuals can know.
The Department of Construction Inspectorate shall strengthen inspection, examination, and information gathering; at the same time, strictly handle violations of the law on housing, real estate business, construction, and other related laws (if any).
The provincial police proactively grasp the situation of project investors opening for sale in the province or other localities (if any) when they do not have sufficient conditions to promptly rectify and handle according to regulations. Proactively inspect and grasp information to handle organizations and individuals showing signs of fraud, manipulation, incitement, agitation, causing instability in the real estate market...
