What vehicles are allowed to pass through Trung Ha bridge?

On October 20, the Department of Transport of Phu Tho province issued a notice on adjusting traffic flow and organization through Trung Ha bridge on National Highway 32, connecting Ba Vi district, Hanoi with Tam Nong district, Phu Tho province.

Accordingly, from 4:00 p.m. on October 20, trucks (3 axles or more) and passenger vans with more than 29 seats are prohibited from traveling through Trung Ha Bridge; people and other vehicles are allowed to travel through the bridge, with a maximum speed of no more than 20 km/h.

Trucks (3 axles or more) and passenger vans with more than 29 seats continue to be banned from traveling through Trung Ha bridge.

Previously, after the Phong Chau bridge collapse, at 4:00 p.m. on September 9, Phu Tho province authorities banned all motor vehicles from passing through Trung Ha bridge.

By the afternoon of September 14, some vehicles such as motorbikes and rudimentary vehicles were only allowed to pass through Trung Ha bridge at a maximum speed of 20km/h, with only one lane in each direction close to the center of the bridge.

As of 3:00 p.m. on September 25, cars with less than 7 seats, two-wheeled motorbikes, three-wheeled motorbikes, motorbikes, electric motorbikes, rudimentary road vehicles and traffic participants are allowed to pass through Trung Ha bridge.
