On the evening of April 6, the final match of the 2025 Women's National Cup was the competition between Thai Nguyen T&T and the team with the top achievements in Vietnam - Ho Chi Minh City Women's Club.

Facing coach Kim Chi and her team, coach Van Thi Thanh's team entered the match proactively, attacking their opponents from the start when the opponents no longer had any overseas Vietnamese strikers.

However, the HCMC Women's Club quickly responded with an overwhelming game, especially dangerous with Huynh Nhu's kicks. Right from the first free kick, the most successful female striker in Vietnamese football forced goalkeeper Kim Thanh to show off her talent to save the goal.

The match then became balanced, with both teams exchanging blows in dramatic fashion. Huynh Nhu was the focal point of the attack, helping the HCM City Women's Club continuously disrupt the Thai Nguyen T&T defense, while young strikers like Ngoc Minh Chuyen missed many clear opportunities for the "tea land team" when facing goalkeeper Quach Thu Em.

On the penalty spot, Huynh Nhu easily defeated Kim Thanh, raising the total number of goals in the tournament to 3, equaling the scoring record with Bich Thuy in the race for the Golden Boot.

In the second half, Thai Nguyen T&T Club tried their best to bring the match back to the starting line. However, Bich Thuy and Minh Chuyen continuously had opportunities to defeat goalkeeper Quach Thu Em.
