(Dan Tri) - After finishing a bowl of vermicelli with fried tofu next to Hang Day Stadium in Hanoi, a Thai female reporter gave this dish 8 points.
In the Southeast Asian Football Championship (ASEAN Cup), Thailand is in Group A with Malaysia, Singapore, Cambodia and Timor Leste.
Because Timor Leste does not have a stadium that meets the standards of the Southeast Asian Football Federation, the country decided to rent Hang Day Stadium in Vietnam as its home stadium for the entire tournament. Therefore, the Thai team traveled to Hanoi to play their first match in the group stage against Timor Leste.
Accompanying the coaching staff and players were reporters from many Thai media agencies.
Among them, Thairath Sport sent two beautiful female reporters to Hanoi to report. Thairath is a daily newspaper based in Bangkok and widely distributed in this Southeast Asian country.

Recently, on the TikTok channel Thairath Sport, two female reporters of this press agency posted a video walking around Hang Day Stadium before the match between Thailand and Timor Leste.
The two female reporters said they were in Hanoi for three days. There were plenty of good food and coffee shops around the stadium, so spectators coming to watch the matches did not have to worry too much about food and drink.
The two female reporters' walk started from Trinh Hoai Duc Street next to Hang Day Stadium. They described: "This entire street only has shops selling sports equipment, so there were no restaurants to be found."
After a few minutes, the two girls turned into Hang Chao alley and stopped at a restaurant selling vermicelli with fermented shrimp paste. This is a famous restaurant in Hanoi, receiving many good reviews from diners.
The video shows two female reporters ordering a full set of bun dau with vermicelli, boiled pork, fried tofu, fried spring rolls, pork sausage, green rice sausage, sliced cucumbers and herbs. However, they wanted netizens to share the name of the dish because they did not know the exact name.
When picking up a piece of sausage, a female reporter asked: "I wonder what this is, it looks delicious. I've never tried eating it with fish sauce."
After tasting the green rice sausage, vermicelli and boiled meat... The two Thai girls gave the vermicelli and fried tofu dish 8 points.

They said that during their stay in Vietnam, they will try to enjoy the restaurants around the stadium and introduce them to Thai audiences through videos.
The video recording the experience of a female sports reporter from Thailand received many interactions and comments from netizens of both countries.

Most comments advise girls to try eating vermicelli with tofu and shrimp paste to fully enjoy the deliciousness.
"If you don't eat it with shrimp paste, how can you feel the appeal of this dish? If you have the chance to eat it again, you should try eating it with shrimp paste," a Vietnamese netizen wrote.
"It's a pity that you two didn't eat shrimp paste. Shrimp paste makes this dish delicious," another netizen expressed.
Bun dau mam tom is a dish that has won the hearts of many foreign tourists. Not long ago, Mr. Max McFarlin from Arkansas (USA) enjoyed a special bun dau mam tom dish in Hanoi with a friend.
In addition to vermicelli and tofu, there are also green rice sausage, fried sausage, boiled pork tongue and intestines.
While his friend couldn't eat shrimp paste, Max was excited. He kept praising and said: "When squeezing kumquat into shrimp paste, remember to stir it well like beating eggs. The shrimp paste is so delicious that even though Westerners don't like it at first, they will love it after eating it."
Seeing Max's excitement, his friend mixed the shrimp paste to his own taste. He found the smell no longer unpleasant and praised "the shrimp paste is delicious".
"I'm full after this meal. The food is plentiful and delicious," Max said happily.
Many tourists from Korea and Japan who have tried Bun Dau Mam Tom have praised it. Many people who initially could not eat Mam Tom, after a few tries, felt the delicious taste and considered it an indispensable ingredient when enjoying this dish.
