Tia Thuy Nguyen is not only passionate about fashion but also loves installation art. Recently, she organized the launch of her work Drops of the Sun in Monaco . The event was attended by many politicians and fashionistas.

The piece of sky is an art space designed in the form of a cave, separate from the outside world. The work is composed of 4 main components: natural light through rose quartz windows, cloud paintings made of quartz, a celestial prism made of glass blocks and a reincarnation window made of a monolithic block, symbolizing the cycle of energy. This work uses 4 tons of quartz and a 1,400 kg block of pink glass, crafted in 2 years with more than 15,000 working hours by artist Tia Thuy Nguyen and 25 employees.
Artist Tia Thuy Nguyen's work is 2.6 m high, 5 m wide and covers 4 walls in a room of about 25 square meters.
During the event, Tia Thuy Nguyen shared: "I am eager to welcome more imaginative and diverse stories from viewers, and most importantly, to be able to enhance the concept of freedom, love and healing. In each time immersing yourself in the natural energy of the stone paintings in the room, viewers will receive more than what they seek."
It is known that the work Piece of Sky by artist Tia Thuy Nguyen is also part of the project to build a new district called Mareterra of the Monaco government. Therefore, for Tia Thuy Nguyen, this is an honor. She said: "I am very happy to know that this project is the largest budget project in Europe in this century. And I am even happier that a Vietnamese person is present here, bringing the voice of the country's fine arts closer to the values of contemporary art."
