Mr. Ngoc Tuan, owner of a general business stall selling genuine electronic household appliances in Hanoi, recommends that when buying a multi-function steamer, consumers should choose products with clear origins and long-term warranties. They should not buy products advertised at very cheap prices, because this type of cooker is often of poor quality.
