Information from the leader of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Thanh Hoa said that the unit has just sent a document to the Director of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police and the Chief of Thanh Hoa City Police requesting to investigate and handle bad guys who called and texted to insult and threaten leaders and employees in the department.
According to the leader of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Thanh Hoa, recently, bad guys have continuously called and texted leaders and officers and employees in the department to curse, threaten, and intimidate, demanding that they pay their debts.
Not only that, the subjects also edited and edited personal and family photos of a department leader with untrue content and posted them on social networks to defame and insult the honor and dignity of this leader.
According to the leader of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, the cause of the above incident is believed to be related to a contract employee of the Center for Rural Water Supply and Environmental Sanitation (under the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development) borrowing money through an online application.
Because this employee could not pay the debt, the bad guys called many leaders and employees in the department to threaten them, edited images... and posted them on social networks to put pressure and demand money.
"After the incident, we directed the Center for Rural Water Supply and Environmental Sanitation to clarify. Immediately afterwards, the unit also terminated the labor contract with this employee," said the leader of the Thanh Hoa Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.
