In the first months of 2025, the labor market in the province has improved as many businesses have invested in expanding their production scale, new businesses have accelerated the progress of investing in large projects, gradually entering production operations, creating many job opportunities for workers. It is estimated that in 2025, the whole province will need to recruit 110,000 new workers to meet the production and business needs of businesses.

Walking around industrial parks (IPs) and industrial clusters (ICs) in the province, you can see many labor recruitment information posted by businesses on the roads, at the enterprise gates or at recruitment posting points. QMH Computer Co., Ltd. (My Thuan IP) under Quanta Computer Inc., specializing in the production of computers and peripherals, has completed investment, put the first factory into operation (in 2024) and continues to accelerate the expansion of production scale according to the investment license roadmap. The company is recruiting 1,300 workers for many positions from general to highly specialized: Production workers, engineers, administrative personnel, accountants, material managers, IT staff, project managers, import-export staff, sales staff... Successful candidates can start working immediately after the interview, with attractive salary and bonus according to job position and housing allowances, travel, child care allowances under 6 years old, foreign language allowances, insurance, full benefits according to regulations. Santerlon Travel Goods Co., Ltd. (Hoa Xa Industrial Park) specializes in manufacturing backpacks and handbags and needs to recruit 1,000 workers in various positions, with workers' salaries up to 14 million VND/person/month. YSS Garment Co., Ltd. (My Trung Industrial Park) currently has nearly 1,000 workers, with an average income of over 9 million VND/person/month; and needs to recruit 300 sewing workers. Ramatex Nam Dinh Industrial Co., Ltd. (Bao Minh Industrial Park) needs to recruit 500 workers. Fushan Technology Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Bac Ninh) needs to recruit 500 workers in the positions of engineers, technical staff...
Mr. Lai Ha Nam, Director of Nam Dinh Employment Service Center, said: The labor market in the province in the first months of 2025 is stable and has improved when businesses in many fields and industries such as textiles and electronics manufacturing have many new orders, expanding production scale, some large enterprises have just started operating such as QMH Computer Co., Ltd. (My Thuan Industrial Park), Top Textiles Co., Ltd. (Rang Dong Textile Industrial Park), Xuan Thien Group Joint Stock Company (Nghia Hung) ... have a need to recruit a large number of workers.
To promote the connection between labor supply and demand at the beginning of the year, helping businesses recruit people and workers find suitable jobs, the Provincial Employment Service Center has strengthened the work of collecting information on the labor market; actively contacted and coordinated with businesses in and outside the province that have labor recruitment needs to advise and introduce jobs for local workers; promoted research and forecasting of the labor market, promptly provided information, advised the Party Committee and government to lead, regulate, operate and manage the labor market, plan policies and programs related to labor, employment, social security, human resource development, vocational training associated with social and business needs, contributing to the development of the labor market. The Center innovated working methods, diversified forms of propaganda, consultation and job introduction for workers: coordinated with the provincial press agencies to open columns on labor and employment; distributed leaflets on labor and employment; Build the Labor Market Bulletin, the Job Exchange Bulletin. Provide direct consultation to workers looking for jobs, workers participating in job trading sessions. Receive all transactions of labor recruitment needs, job search needs at the headquarters, satellite offices, via phone, Zalo, Facebook, the Center's website; regularly coordinate with localities, vocational training institutions, and organizations to organize consultation sessions, seminars, workshops, consulting conferences, introduce jobs directly to workers and connect output for workers after training. All consulting and job introduction activities are carried out free of charge, creating favorable conditions for workers to find jobs.
Thanks to the synchronous and effective implementation of solutions, in 2024, the Center exploited and connected information with 1,114 enterprises inside and outside the province with 23,000 vacant jobs. Provided forecast information, labor market information and policies related to labor, employment, vocational training, and labor export to nearly 28,300 people looking for jobs. There were 5,666 people registering to find jobs; introduced jobs to 4,984 people, reaching 216.7% of the annual target, of which, introduced domestic jobs to 4,342 people, introduced jobs abroad to 642 people. The Center organized 24 job fairs, including: 11 regular job fairs at the Center, 3 mobile job fairs in localities and 3 online job fairs connecting with localities. The job fairs attracted 411 businesses to participate with a need to recruit nearly 39,000 vacant jobs; 4,718 workers participated; of which 454 people were recruited immediately after the interview and 944 people had their applications accepted and made appointments after the interview. In the first 3 months of 2025, the Center exploited and connected information of 225 businesses with nearly 9,500 vacant jobs. There were 1,136 people registering to find jobs; introducing jobs to 954 people, reaching 41.5% of the year's target. The Center organized 6 job fairs, attracting 123 businesses to participate with a need to recruit nearly 9,500 vacant jobs; 734 workers participated. As a result, 98 people were recruited immediately after the interview and 189 people had their applications accepted by the company and were scheduled for an interview after the interview.
In the context of the economy constantly developing and integrating, the demand for high-quality human resources continues to increase. In order to provide enough human resources in both quantity and quality, the Provincial Employment Service Center continues to innovate and diversify forms of propaganda and dissemination of laws on labor and employment, gradually promoting the stable and flexible development of the labor market, aiming at consulting and successfully connecting labor supply and demand. Creating conditions for workers, especially young workers, to have the opportunity to access labor market information, seize opportunities, and apply for jobs that match their abilities and aspirations. Creating conditions for businesses to recruit workers that match their needs; grasping the current status of human resources to have plans and strategies for labor training, ensuring sufficient quantity and quality to meet the development needs of businesses. Promote career orientation, training and vocational education, and equip workers with good knowledge and vocational skills before entering the labor market.
