Policy credit capital is like a steady rain that soaks the ground, helping people expand production after implementing the land consolidation policy; Developing new occupations creates jobs for many workers and gets rich right on their homeland. Typically, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Muoi's household in village 1, Dai Yen commune, a member of the Women's Union, has been selling groceries for more than 10 years. For more than 10 years, she has been able to borrow policy credit capital under the programs: Job creation and clean water and environmental sanitation with an amount of 90 million VND. Thanks to this preferential capital, she has gradually bought more goods with a variety of brands, from domestically produced goods to many imported goods such as: Thai mango, Indian rattan, French butter cake... Not only selling at the store, Mrs. Muoi and her daughter also quickly applied information technology to sell online on Facebook, Zalo. Thanks to reaching a large customer base and selling at reasonable prices, Mrs. Muoi is supported by a large number of customers who buy regularly. Since then, her family's life has improved day by day, no longer as difficult as at first.

Like Mrs. Nguyen Thi Muoi and her husband, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Anh Tuyet, village 1, Dai Yen commune, have accessed policy credit capital under the employment program to make plastic rattan products since 2007 until now. The capital has supported her family since the time when the economy was tight until the process of expanding production. The current outstanding policy credit capital of the household is 110 million VND. Thanks to being proactive and agile in accessing the market, her family's plastic rattan tables and chairs are consumed in many agents throughout the 3 regions of the North, Central and South of the country. At the same time, they are also exported to China and Laos, creating regular jobs for 20 local workers and many satellite workers in and outside the district with income depending on their skills, averaging 6 - 7 million VND/month.

Ms. Trinh Thi Hien, Head of the Savings and Loan Group in Village 1, Dai Yen Commune, under the Women's Union, said: "Being the "bridge" to bring policy credit to the people in the village, I always keep in mind to bring capital to the right people and the right subjects, so the loan evaluation work is always focused on publicity. Policy credit capital has helped many people in the village get rich and escape poverty."

Visiting the household of Mr. Nguyen Kim Hoan, a member of the Farmers' Association of Phuong Nghia village, Phung Chau commune - a household with traditional Nem products certified by OCOP, borrowing capital to create jobs for 2 workers with a total amount of 200 million VND. Mr. Hoan said: the family is extremely excited to be supported with a large loan to buy machinery and equipment to contribute to completing the closed Nem Thinh production line. The timely capital and simple loan procedures have created conditions for the family to expand production, meeting the increasing demand of people across the country. Currently, the family sells about 1,500 to 2,500 Nem each day depending on the season, attracting 5-6 more workers in the area with a salary of 6-8 million VND/month.

Borrowing 80 million VND under the job creation program and 20 million VND from the clean water and environmental sanitation program, Mr. Nguyen Van Hung's family renovated and invested in more seedlings to make a garden. With a total area of 6.5 sao of land, his family planted more than 20 guava trees, more than 100 grapefruit trees and raised chickens to improve and enhance the family's life. According to him: In addition to the current loan capital of 100 million VND, he has borrowed capital from the Bank for Social Policies to do business many years ago. During the loan process, he paid interest and principal on time. With support capital with low interest rates from the Bank for Social Policies, his family is assured in production because they do not have to borrow from outside with high interest rates.

In the process of building new rural areas, credit capital has also helped many craft villages "go offshore". A typical example is Meritorious Artisan Nguyen Van Tinh, the second person in Phu Vinh village to be famous for making Uncle Ho paintings from bamboo and rattan, who maintains the traditional craft of the village. Mr. Tinh's bamboo and rattan weaving workshop is one of the oldest workshops in the village with 6-7 generations working in the profession. Artisan Tinh said: His family does not follow the trend of mass-producing products, using modern machinery and equipment, but still maintains the traditional, "family" way of making sophisticated, high-quality products with carefulness, meticulousness in each weaving and hooking line with its own unique characteristics. He loves his job, but after the Covid-19 pandemic, many orders could not be exported, his workshop was "struggling", fortunately the district People's Credit Fund lent 2 workers in his family 200 million VND to solve the problem of employment. Thanks to timely preferential capital support, his bamboo and rattan workshop has stabilized and quickly overcome the difficult period.

Mr. Nguyen Van Loi, Chairman of the District Farmers' Association, said: Policy credit capital has contributed to changing the face of rural areas in the district, the economic and social infrastructure system is increasingly improved. The environment and rural landscape are green - clean - beautiful, cultural values are preserved, the material and spiritual life of the people is increasingly improved. The development gap between rural and urban economies is gradually narrowed. In particular, it helps many poor and disadvantaged people in New Rural communes overcome difficulties and strive to stabilize their lives.

Highly appreciating the effectiveness of the coordination of preferential loan entrustment, Mr. Quach Thien Dung - Director of the Transaction Office of the Social Policy Bank of Chuong My district affirmed: The guiding principle for policy credit to create more resources for the construction of the New Rural Area is to effectively implement Directive No. 40 of the Central Party Secretariat. In order for policy credit to increasingly play its supporting role in promoting the rural economy, the Social Policy Bank of Chuong My district will continue to coordinate with localities and socio-political organizations that receive entrustment to create more jobs, increase production capacity, improve living standards, contribute to stabilizing the socio-economy of the New Rural Area communes, prevent the situation of black credit in rural areas, reduce the rate of poor households, lower the unemployment rate, ensure social security, contribute to the criteria for building advanced New Rural Areas and model New Rural Areas.
