Hoan Kiem Theater is the most modern in Vietnam and Southeast Asia, the first theater in Vietnam equipped with international standards, meeting the performance requirements of all art forms. The theater has a very unique design style: 52 stone pillars create solemnity and beauty imbued with ancient European style, supporting the ceiling with painted bronze drum motifs and crane patterns bearing the mark of Vietnamese culture. The main hall of the theater is inspired by the starry night sky with 3,000 LED lights hanging from the ceiling. The staircase system is beautifully curved and luxurious. Two auditoriums (with a capacity of 900 and 500 guests), are designed and decorated in a modern style while still bearing Vietnamese culture. This is a new cultural institution, enriching the cultural-tourist complex of Hoan Kiem Lake, Hanoi.

Hoan Kiem Theater is located right in the center of Hanoi, on an area of over 5,000m2 with a main auditorium with a capacity of 900 seats, a small concert hall with 500 seats and exhibition areas... With Neoclassical architecture, Hoan Kiem Theater recreates Vietnamese culture and history through details such as cranes, Dong Son bronze drums... 
Located in a prime location, on an area of 5,000m2, Ho Guom Theater will be the venue for special political, cultural and artistic events of the Party, State, Ministry of Public Security; outstanding events of Hanoi City. Ho Guom Theater promises to be a place to bring a modern and traditional cultural and artistic space, both youthful and elegant to become a meeting place for leading artists and art troupes, attracting the attention of all classes of people, as well as international delegations. 
The theater is divided into 6 areas: Large lobby and small lobby in front for welcoming guests; Vertical traffic core: facilitates easy movement; Large auditorium with a capacity of 900 guests and small auditorium with a capacity of 500 guests; Backstage area: actors' lobby, side stage, practice room, props warehouse, office area; Basement for parking for guests and staff; Multi-purpose space, break room, cafeteria and garden on the 6th floor. 
The stage will meet the performance requirements for many different art forms, from Western symphonies, ballets, musicals to traditional Vietnamese music and theater. The theater is equipped with high-tech sound and lighting systems. In particular, the performance sound system includes an Array speaker system and a Constellation speaker system. Currently, the Constellation sound system is only equipped in a few theaters in the world. Each contest category (photo and video) has the following prizes and prize values: - 01 Gold Medal: 70,000,000 VND - 02 Silver Medals: 20,000,000 VND - 03 Bronze Medals: 10,000,000 VND - 10 Encouragement Prizes: 5,000,000 VND - 01 most voted work: 5,000,000 VND The winning authors will be invited by the Organizing Committee to attend the Announcement Ceremony and Award Ceremony and Certificate on live television of Vietnam Television.
