Happiness is filled
That is to build a happy school, where there is no more situation of teachers insulting students' bodies, honor or dignity, and there is no school violence; and where students must know how to respect and obey teachers.
To do so, the principal must first of all be a person with a heart, talent, and strategic vision, with quick and correct decisions. The principal must be a good leader, manager, and administrator for teachers and students to be happy.
Teachers' lives are improved
According to Resolution 27-NQ/TW in 2018 on reforming salary policy, cadres, civil servants, public employees and armed forces (public sector) will design a new salary structure including: Basic salary and allowances. Of which, basic salary (accounting for about 70% of the total salary fund) and allowances (accounting for about 30% of the total salary fund). This is also something that the Party, State, Government and National Assembly pay special attention to in reforming salary policy for cadres, civil servants, public employees, armed forces and employees in enterprises. When implementing the new salary policy on July 1, 2024, educational institutions will have more conditions to take care of teachers' lives and encourage and motivate teachers.
From July 1, 2024, the policy of paying civil servants and public employees according to their job position will take effect, meaning that teachers' salaries can be increased by about 32%. Teachers hope to be able to live on their long-cherished salary. From then on, teachers can focus on teaching, not being influenced by "money matters" that force them to teach extra classes, sell goods online, etc.
Happy schools will help motivate students to study better.
Reduce pressure on teachers and students
Currently, middle school and high school teachers have to keep many types of books: teacher education plans; lesson plans; student monitoring and evaluation books; homeroom books. Teachers believe that just having lesson plans; student monitoring and evaluation books is enough for teachers to have more time to research and invest in lessons and innovate teaching methods.
At the same time, the Ministry of Education and Training needs to cut down on movements and competitions that are too formal, such as "acting", such as the movement for good teachers, good homeroom teachers, etc.
Students will no longer have to face a series of international competitions such as: the 2023 Winter International English Spelling Olympiad; the 2023 Teeneagle International English Olympiad; the TOEFL Challenge international English competition...

Exam innovation
The high school graduation exam from 2025 will only have 4 subjects, with two compulsory subjects: math and literature and two optional subjects, which are expected to have a significant impact on the subject selection trends of students in regions with different socio-economic conditions. This is the right direction, in line with the 2018 General Education Program, promoting qualities, abilities, and career orientation for students right from the beginning of high school.
However, teachers still hope that the Ministry of Education and Training will innovate exams in the direction of reducing pressure on students and giving autonomy to localities and universities...
Up to now, teachers still have many concerns about the 2018 General Education Program. For example, there is a shortage of teachers to teach integrated subjects: history and geography; natural sciences. This reality makes teachers expect early changes in integrated teaching.
