Safety risks from degraded bridges

QTO - There are currently 104 dilapidated bridges in Quang Tri province. This is a worrying situation in ensuring traffic safety and smoothness to serve socio-economic development and ensure national defense and security. This situation needs to be addressed by the authorities soon.
