Foreign woman dies suspected of falling from apartment building

Residents heard a loud noise coming from an apartment building on Phuoc Thien Street (Long Binh Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City) and then discovered a woman lying motionless underneath, so they reported it to the police.

At noon on August 4, Thu Duc City Police and other departments of Ho Chi Minh City Police completed the crime scene investigation, autopsy, and took witness statements to investigate the case of a foreign woman suspected of falling to her death from an apartment building in the area.

Earlier that morning, residents living in the apartment building on Phuoc Thien Street (Long Binh Ward, Thu Duc City) heard a noise. At that time, people came out and saw the woman dead, so they shouted and reported it to the police.

Police identified the victim as a foreign woman. She lived with her boyfriend in an apartment on the 17th floor of the apartment building. At the time of the incident, her boyfriend was also in the apartment.

The police also worked with the victim's boyfriend; after completing the autopsy, the authorities took the body to the morgue to serve the investigation.
