On the afternoon of February 21, a clip appeared on social media recording a scene of a man driving a motorbike, releasing both hands and lying down on the saddle.

According to the clip, while traveling on Le Loi Street, Vinh City, Nghe An Province, the man driving the motorbike with license plate 37N6 - 2704 turned on the turn signal to change lanes to the inside, then suddenly leaned back, raising both arms and legs to the sky to let the motorbike move freely. After watching the clip, many netizens expressed their indignation at the dangerous behavior of the motorbike driver when participating in traffic. At the same time, they expressed their opinions asking the authorities to strictly handle the above behavior.
