Address: Viet An village, Tan Tien commune, Chuong My district, Hanoi. The asset has a starting price of more than 2.5 billion VND. Similarly, Vietinbank auctioned off the collateral of individual customers in Kien Giang worth several billion VND. For example, land use rights (LUR) and assets attached to land in An Phuoc Hamlet, Binh An Commune, Chau Thanh District, Kien Giang Province with an area of ​​4,239.8 m² (of which rural residential land is 4,000 m², land for perennial crops is 239.8 m²) with a starting price of 3.7 billion VND.
