Promoting the proactive and proactive role of cadres and party members

The Head of the Central Propaganda Department requested that the Party Committee of the Central Agencies continue to take the lead in innovating the quality of its activities, while raising awareness and ideology among cadres and party members regarding the task of protecting the party's ideological foundation and fighting against hostile and erroneous viewpoints in the new situation. "This is a matter of regular and continuous implementation," the Head of the Central Propaganda Department stated.

Emphasizing the particularly important role and position of the Party Committee of the Bloc in strategic advisory work for the Party and State, the Head of the Central Propaganda Department suggested that in the coming time, the Party Committee of the Bloc and its subordinate Party Committees continue to study and thoroughly raise awareness of Party committees and organizations about the responsibility of leadership, direction, exemplary spirit and self-awareness of cadres and Party members, especially leaders, in implementing Resolution No. 35-NQ/TW.

The Steering Committee 35 of the Party Committee of the Bloc and the Steering Committee 35 of the affiliated Party Committees strengthen coordination with functional agencies, research institutes, training centers, and training centers on journalism and communication to enhance training, improve theoretical level, political capacity, sense of responsibility as well as skills and expertise for the staff, assisting the Steering Committee, and expert groups; build news routes, articles to orient propaganda, fight against erroneous and hostile viewpoints, suitable for readers.
