Yesterday afternoon, Mr. Trinh Quang Tam was driving a motorbike on the road near Thach Nham irrigation canal, passing through Chau Me village, Hanh Thinh commune, when he suddenly fell into the canal (nearly 5 meters wide, 3 meters deep).
