Nam Sach completed the repair of temporary and dilapidated houses the earliest in the province.

A house in the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in Hoanh Loc village, Cam Van commune (Cam Giang) is being completed.

Nam Sach district has completed the repair of all 25 dilapidated houses, reaching 100% of the houses in need of repair for households belonging to policy families, meritorious people, poor and near-poor households. Compared to other localities, Nam Sach has the lowest number of houses needing repair in the province.

The whole province has 775 houses of policy families, meritorious people, poor and near-poor households that need to be repaired. 644 houses have been completed, reaching over 83%. Gia Loc district has the largest number of houses in need of repair in the province with 157 houses, to date 143 houses have been completed, reaching 91%. Tu Ky district has completed 91 houses, Thanh Mien 59 houses...

Regarding new house construction, the whole province has completed 148 out of a total of 678 houses, reaching nearly 22%. Kinh Mon has the largest number of houses built in the province with 117 houses. To date, the town has completed 25 new houses, reaching more than 21%. Cam Giang and Gia Loc districts have each completed 15 houses...

Since early February 2025, Hai Duong has implemented a program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses for policy families, meritorious people, poor and near-poor households, initiated by the Government. According to the plan, Hai Duong strives to complete 100% of the houses by June 25, surpassing the Government's plan by half a year.

Up to now, Hai Duong has allocated budget from many sources to support families in building new and repairing houses.
