The company has increased the application of technology, promoted the implementation of solutions to not cut off power when working on the grid, contributing to limiting the time of temporary power outage to serve customers. The control center stably operates the SCADA system to automate the monitoring and control, remotely connecting 100% of unmanned 110kV transformer stations and 99% of segment devices on the medium voltage grid; effectively exploiting functions such as: automatic detection, isolation of incidents and restoration of power supply, calculation of online power flow. The rate of correct incident warnings reaching 100% has helped to quickly identify the location, thereby shortening the time to fix the incident.
The company is fully equipped with drones and thermal cameras, promptly detecting and handling locations at risk of causing incidents. This has contributed to improving the reliability of power supply to customers.
In 2024, the number of transient power outages in the distribution grid will decrease by 29.5%, the average number of long-term power outages in the distribution grid will decrease by 1.4%, and the average long-term power outage duration of the distribution grid will decrease by 8.96% over the same period.
The Company's average low-voltage power supply time is 1.8 days, a decrease of 3.2 days compared to the regulation (5 days); the time to resolve medium-voltage power supply for customer-invested projects is 1.94 days, a decrease of 0.12 days compared to 2023.
