Within the framework of the memorandum, Kocham will promote the Gem Park project to member companies and the Korean community, helping them quickly settle down when working in Hai Phong and at the same time contributing to the formation of the Korean community through the project. Specifically, when Kocham members buy or rent apartments at the Gem Park project, they will enjoy many incentives based on the agreement previously signed between the two parties. For the Korean Association in Hai Phong, when its members conduct commercial activities at Gem Park, NHO will support many benefits in terms of rental premises, rental conditions, sales and marketing activities, etc.

The Association will also promote the Gem Park project and especially support inviting Korean brands to commercial establishments at Gem Park to help expand the business activities of Korean brands and the Korean community in Hai Phong. Representatives of Kocham and the Korean Association in Hai Phong highly appreciate Gem Park for its convenient location, suitable for Korean experts working in Trang Due and An Duong industrial parks... as well as its harmonious and modern design and believe in its high-quality construction, suitable for the living standards and expectations of international experts.

Ms. Oh Young Yu, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea to Vietnam, when visiting and working in Hai Phong in 2023, affirmed that Korean investors are always interested in and choose to invest in Hai Phong, in fields related to the production of electronic components and logistics. As evidence, Korean companies have invested nearly 82 billion USD in Vietnam (as of 2023), of which Hai Phong attracted 120 projects with nearly 11 billion USD. And the important thing for Korean enterprises today is not only how to comply with regulations on new investments in Vietnam, but they also want to increase charter capital, increase investment capital, and expand their fields of operation. The Chairman of the Hai Phong City People's Committee also committed to creating the most favorable conditions for Korean investors to operate effectively and develop in the city. Currently, FDI from Korea accounts for 40% and is leading among countries investing in Hai Phong, including about 5,000 Korean experts and workers living and working in Hai Phong. It is expected that with the development of FDI, within the next 2 to 3 years, the number of experts coming to Hai Phong to work will double, so the demand for accommodation and apartments that meet standards and are suitable for Korean culture is very large.
