According to the resolution of the People's Council of Lang Son province, the highest tuition fees are in wards of Lang Son city, the lowest are in communes outside the city in the province.
Tuition fees for the 2024-2025 school year in Lang Son province will be implemented according to Resolution No. 10/2024/HDND dated July 23, 2024. Accordingly, tuition fees for the 2024-2025 school year for public preschool and general education institutions that are not self-sufficient in regular expenditure in Lang Son province are as follows:

The Resolution also states: The tuition fee regulations for public primary education stipulated in this Resolution are used as a basis for supporting tuition fees for private primary school students in areas where there are not enough public primary schools and for private primary school students who are eligible for tuition exemption and reduction policies as prescribed.

Of which, there are 31 communes in area I, 57 communes in area II, 112 communes in area III; there are 107 extremely difficult communes, 04 safe zone communes, 03 border communes, 83 extremely difficult villages of 24 communes in area II subject to investment under Program 135.
