On the afternoon of November 13, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda Department Nguyen Trong Nghia inspected the Long Thanh airport project and worked with relevant units on the project; visited and presented gifts to people living in the resettlement area of ​​Long Thanh airport. At the meeting, Head of the Central Propaganda Department Nguyen Trong Nghia emphasized that Long Thanh airport is a key national project, not only attracting the attention of the entire population but also the international community. The project is gradually becoming a reality and will bring great development momentum not only to Dong Nai province, but also to the Southeast region and the whole country. This project is expected to contribute to creating momentum to help the country rise up in the new era.

According to the Head of the Central Propaganda Department, General Secretary To Lam affirmed that our nation is entering an era of rising up, Long Thanh airport is one of the starting factors for the country's rise up. The entire Party and people have high expectations for Long Thanh airport, and units need to continue to promote the achievements that have been made, complete the airport on schedule, and ensure quality. Mr. Nguyen Trong Nghia also highly appreciated the efforts of Dong Nai province in site clearance and resettlement arrangements for people who had to give up land to implement the Long Thanh airport project. At the same time, he praised and commended the spirit of overcoming difficulties, solidarity and intelligence of Vietnam Airports Corporation (ACV, the investor), contractors, officers, engineers and workers on the project. Mr. Nghia said that he had also noted and studied ACV's recommendations, contributing to facilitating the project's completion and maximizing its effectiveness. Earlier, on the same morning, the Head of the Central Propaganda Department attended the National Great Unity Day with the people of Tan Bac Hamlet, Binh Minh Commune, Trang Bom District (Dong Nai).
