On the evening of March 14, the opening ceremony of the 2025 Ban Flower Festival took place at Dien Bien Stadium, with the highlight being the Dien Bien - Brightening Ban Flower Art Program directed by Viet Dang and musician Duong Truong Giang as music director. Two Nghe An singers, Le Thanh Phong and Ha Quynh, performed a duet of songs inspired by the Northwest mountains and forests. Notably, in the mashup Choc San Ban Em – Hoi Lam Nha Moi, the two singers performed in the Thai and Ha Nhi ethnic languages, which was well received by the people.
