Firstly, the visit to Guangzhou by General Secretary and President To Lam coincided with the 100th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's arrival from Moscow to Guangzhou as a representative of the Communist International to carry out revolutionary activities, which contributed to reviewing a vivid historical milestone for the Chinese and Vietnamese people, highlighting the red address origin of the two Parties.
In particular, the Vietnam Revolutionary Youth Association founded by President Ho Chi Minh in Guangzhou in June 1925, the predecessor of the Communist Party of Vietnam, trained many Vietnamese revolutionaries who became important forces of the Vietnamese revolution, and is an important historical legacy of the cooperation between the two Parties.
