ĐNO - On February 20, the Department of Construction announced the sale of 250 social housing apartments at lot B4-1 in Bau Tram Lakeside Green Urban Area. The project includes 4 apartment towers (CT1, CT2, CT3, CT4) and a common basement, with a total of 1,549 apartments.

In this sale, 250 apartments are sold with areas ranging from 36.7m² to 70m². The subjects buying social housing are applied according to the provisions of Article 76 of the Housing Law 2023.
Conditions for enjoying social housing support policies are implemented according to the Housing Law 2023 and Decree No. 100/2024/ND-CP dated July 26, 2024 of the Government.
Documents proving the subjects and conditions for receiving support policies will comply with the instructions in Decree No. 100/2024/ND-CP of the Government and Circular No. 05/2024/TT-BXD dated July 31, 2024 of the Ministry of Construction.
Time and place to submit the second registration application from March 22, 2025 to April 4, 2025 at the Office of the Social Housing Apartment Project Management Board at Lot B4-1, Bau Tram Lakeside Green Urban Area (Me Linh Street turns into Huynh Dang Street 500m, Hoa Hiep Nam Ward, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City).
