Dien Bien TV - On the afternoon of February 21, at the Provincial Multi-purpose Gymnasium, the Joint Venture of Cultural Heritage Conservation One Member Co., Ltd. - Vietnam Urban Architecture Joint Stock Company organized a presentation of the Project: Preserving the Center of Dien Bien Phu Base Group.
Directly listening to the presentation were comrade Tran Quoc Cuong, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; comrade Mua A Son, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; comrade Le Thanh Do, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrade Lo Van Phuong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; comrades of the Provincial People's Council Standing Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and leaders of a number of provincial departments, branches and sectors.

The representative of the unit selected to restore the Dien Bien Phu Citadel Center Relic presented the research plan to build a sketch to restore the Dien Bien Phu Citadel Center Conservation Project on the model.
Accordingly, the investment, conservation and restoration of the Relic has a research scope of about 10 hectares, including the following contents: Investment in restoration and supplementation of the General De Castries Command Bunker area; conservation, restoration and restoration of artillery positions and bunkers; barracks; field hospitals; military medical bunkers; traffic system; trench system, barbed wire; system of materials and equipment to create landscape surrounding the Bunker area and some other auxiliary items.
The project has a total investment of 252 billion VND, supported by the central budget and implemented in the period 2024 - 2026.
Directly discussing at the presentation, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Quoc Cuong suggested that the selected unit to study and build a sketch to restore the Project should focus on simulating typical models to ensure technical aesthetics, creating a lively living space; for the fence area, the protection should be simulated on a wide wall so that the image of ancient Dien Bien can be seen, providing an overall view for visitors; the sightseeing area should have a path using electric vehicles and a mobile dome system to protect the Command Bunker of the Dien Bien Phu stronghold.../.
