At the conference, Microsoft announced many of the latest Copilot features that enhance the experience for individual and business users, including the premium subscription package Copilot Pro for individuals, Copilot mobile apps on iOS and Android; Copilot for Microsoft 365 for small and medium businesses.

AI is now growing rapidly in society, bringing huge impacts to the global economy. According to the latest research results of IDC and Microsoft conducted with more than 2,100 businesses in 16 countries around the world on "Business Value and Opportunity of AI", 71% of organizations are using AI, and about 22% of organizations are not currently using AI but said they plan to deploy it in the next 12 months. Organizations that have deployed AI recorded an 18% increase in customer satisfaction, employee productivity as well as business market share.
For every $1 invested in AI, organizations are seeing an average return of $3.50, with 5% of organizations globally seeing an average return of $8. The study also found that organizations surveyed are prioritizing AI investments. Specifically, 43% of organizations plan to reduce spending in other areas of their business over the next 24 months to reallocate to AI.

It is known that since its launch in early 2023, Copilot - Microsoft's AI assistant - has reached an important milestone when it received more than 5 billion conversations and more than 5 billion images worldwide. Microsoft has received positive and valuable feedback from users. In particular, many customers such as content creators, programmers and researchers have expressed their desire to have faster access to Microsoft's AI products.
