Fascinated by the beautiful scenery at the foot of Tay Con Linh mountain

TPO – In early October, the terraced fields in Xa Phin village, Phuong Tien commune, Vi Xuyen district, Ha Giang put on a shiny golden “new coat”, creating a beautiful scene in the middle of the mountains and forests, attracting many domestic and foreign tourists to visit and take photos.

Xa Phin is a highland village of Phuong Tien commune, Vi Xuyen district, about 20km from Ha Giang city, located at the foot of Tay Con Linh mountain range with an altitude of over 1,000m. At the end of September and the beginning of October, when the rice has turned golden yellow on the terraced fields, it creates a beautiful scene in the middle of the mountains and forests.

The terraced fields in Xa Phin stretch out like soft silk ribbons winding around the mossy palm-roofed stilt houses.

To admire the beautiful ripe rice season here, visitors depart from the suspension bridge of Khuoi My village (Phuong Do commune, Ha Giang city) and continue 10km along the eastern slope of Tay Con Linh range, through ancient snow-capped tea forests, palm forests and winding slopes.

Xa Phin village with its wild beauty and unique culture is an ideal destination for those who are passionate about exploring and learning about the life and culture of the Dao people.

The ripe rice fields winding around the hillsides fascinate many people.

Rice season in Xa Phin usually ripens later than other regions. People usually plant in mid-June, early July and harvest in mid-October.

The rice harvest season is also the time of year when Xa Phin village is visited the most by tourists. Tourists come here to enjoy the fresh air and take pictures of the terraced fields in the early morning or at sunset.

From above, looking far away, visitors will see the yellow color of ripe rice, blending with green trees to create a giant picture in the middle of the vast mountains and forests.
