A homestay owner in Mang Den said that guests booked rooms here several months ago, and during the Lunar New Year in Mang Den, all rooms were fully booked. Many tourists came to inquire but there were no more rooms to rent. The demand for rooms to stay in Mang Den during Tet this year is much higher than previous years.
"This year, peach blossoms bloom right on Tet holiday, so there are a lot of tourists coming to Mang Den. Hotels, motels, and homestays here are all fully booked, some tourists have to go to Kon Tum city to stay," he added.

Mr. Nguyen Van Hung (a tourist from Ho Chi Minh City) chose Mang Den as the place to celebrate Tet because the weather here is quite nice and the scenery is charming. In particular, this year the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, so Mang Den is a suitable place for his family to enjoy spring.
"This year, I was very satisfied and excited when I went to Mang Den for spring. The cherry blossoms here are so beautiful, it looks like I'm in Japan. The weather here is cool, suitable for families to relax after a tiring year of work," said Mr. Hung.

Ms. Tran Thi Hue (from Da Nang City) and her friends visited Mang Den during the Lunar New Year holidays and were surprised by the fresh air and impressive scenery.
"This is my first time coming to Mang Den, I am very impressed with this land. The cherry blossoms blooming by the lake or on the hills and streams look very poetic," Ms. Hue expressed.

According to the People's Committee of Kon Plong District, during the Lunar New Year holiday of At Ty 2025, there were more than 200,000 visitors to Mang Den, with revenue reaching more than 71 billion VND. In Kon Plong District, there are 139 accommodation establishments with 1,250 rooms, serving capacity of 6,000 visitors/day and night.

Ms. Bach Thi Man, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Kon Tum province, confirmed that this year, the number of tourists coming to Mang Den is higher than previous years because the cherry blossoms are blooming right on the occasion of the Lunar New Year of At Ty. "The more important reason is that Mang Den Tourist Area has built a brand as a safe, friendly and hospitable destination; has many unique tourism products, attentive service with the motto of taking customers as the center of service. This brand has been affirmed in the hearts of tourists," said Ms. Man.
