Madam Pang commits her future to coach Ishii Masatada.

Madam Pang becomes the first woman to be President in the 108-year history of the Football Association of Thailand, and the first woman in Asia to head a member football federation or association of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC).

Ms. Pang shared about her plans with Thailand's youth teams: " U23 Thailand needs to aim for the goal of qualifying for the 2024 Paris Olympics. I am adjusting the plan to best suit both the national team and U23 Thailand ."

Coach Ishii Masatada has only been working with the Thai national team for over a month but has brought resounding success to the country's football. The Thai national team has qualified for the round of 16 of the 2023 Asian Cup with an unbeaten record, scoring 2 goals and conceding no goals.

The Japanese coach brought a new breath of life to the Thai Lab team. Suphanat and his teammates played scientifically, coherently and effectively. The Thai team did not necessarily have to control the ball too much but they could launch dangerous attacks to score goals.

However, coach Ishii Masatada needs to continue to make efforts to improve the results of Thai football. In the immediate future, U23 Thailand needs to play well in the U23 Asian Cup finals. Next, the Thai national team needs to show their mettle in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers and the 2024 AFF Cup.
